Disclaimer: Each La Rosa Realty office is independently owned, and operated and may have different options and prices. The Premier 100% commission program is for a qualified agent that has closed 4 or more sales transactions within a 12-month calendar cycle. The Blue Plan 100% Commission is for a qualified Agent who has closed at least 6 sale transactions within a 12-month calendar cycle and maintains that minimum annual production level per fiscal year. The Ultimate Plan split has a 90% Commission to the Agent and 10% to the Company’s Revenue Share Plan for distribution according to the Policy and Procedure of the La Rosa Revenue Share Plan.
